@ Andrew: Yes its difficult but its difficult only when you don’t understand how government procurement works really. You need to find our the eligibility criteria and how to bid successfully on Governmnet projects. Federal Acquisition Regulation works in a way that’s difficult to understand. I can’t say if anyone can get government contracts easily.
