A long list of government agencies and company procurement officers gathered to make the B2B National Procurement Matchmaking event a success. A project of The Latino Coalition (TLC), the event lasted for four hours, May 23, 2011.
The B2B National Procurement Matchmaking, in partnership with the US Chamber of Commerce, was held at Omni Shoreham Hotel during the Small Business Summit in Washington, DC. Hector Barreto, TLC chairman and five-year administrator of the US Business Administrator from 2001 to 2006, served as the moderator for the panel “How to Do Business with the Government”.
For the past years, this event has become instrumental in helping small- and medium-sized enterprises to secure contracts from major companies and, most especially, the federal government.
